These terms govern your use of the GoHaulStrong website and your request for junk removal services. By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the items and details you provide, usually through photos and a description. The price we quote is the price you pay when the actual load matches what you showed us. If the job is materially larger or includes items not described (for example hazardous material or significantly more volume), we will confirm an updated price with you before proceeding.
Scheduling
We schedule pickups in arrival windows and do our best to meet them. Timing can be affected by weather, traffic, and jobs running long. We will keep you informed if a window changes.
Items we cannot take
For safety and legal reasons we cannot remove hazardous materials, including wet paint, solvents and chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, and large volumes of fuel or pressurized tanks. If you are unsure about an item, ask when you request your quote.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate details about the items and access.
- Ensure the items are the ones to be removed and that you have the right to dispose of them.
- Provide safe access to the pickup location.
Limitation of liability
GoHaulStrong is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. The price we quote is the total you pay for the load as described, with no hidden fees added on the day.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule a pickup by letting us know as early as possible before your arrival window. There is no charge to reschedule, and we will work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to your use of this site or our services will be handled in the courts located in the State of Utah.
